I’ve known and counted Mark a friend since high school and there was no question he would be my choice in realtor when we decided to move. We had (at least in my eyes) a very difficult home to sell and I had serious doubts it would actually happen. We found a house we wanted to buy and Brenda was fantastic. She was extremely helpful at pointing out things to look for and what to avoid. When we found just the right house she wasted no time going to work-helping us negotiate and bringing us to close. After buying our new (to us) home, we put the former house on the market. Without being too wordy it was a roller coaster ride with lots of setbacks due to poorly qualified buyers, but the third contract went through without a hitch…so smoothly this time it felt like something was wrong. Mark did a fantastic job. We couldn’t ask for more. Mark and Brenda are an exceptional team and you will not go wrong using them for your real estate needs.

This being our first time to buy a home, we were extremely nervous! The path started over a year ago when we spoke with Brenda Cabal from Keller Williams. We explained we would be in the market to buy our first home but it would be almost a year due to our new lease. She checked in with us and made sure all questions were answered and reassured us. We started looking in earnest about 6 months before our lease was up. Mark and Brenda were truly a God send when it came to my husband me buying our first home. We had a consultation with Brenda on May 5th, discussed our wants/needs/area of interest (which was only one area lol), and within two days, Brenda found our dream home. We scheduled a showing, and I felt like t was all too good to be true. The home we wanted was a rent house that the landlord/owner had decided to sell. There were tenants in the home, which made the sale tricky. Brenda negotiated everything flawlessly, and got us a home that we never could have imagined owning. If you're selling (my experience with Mark), you should not hesitate for one second to use his services. That all being said, there's one thing he can't do. He can't puppeteer outside forces that are beyond his control. Buyers can be fickle, they can be indecisive, they can be unreasonable. But he's there to help you, not hinder the process. As frustrating as the real estate process can be, your first inclination might be to 'blame' someone. Mark, though, is your ally. Let him know that you want/need to talk, to air out some frustrations about the process, and he will listen, not just hear, but listen. Be patient, and let him do his job. Brenda, his wife, she tag teams with him and does a stellar job on the home showings. Hire them, visit, set expectations (both ways),,,,you will sell your home and it will all work out.

What comes across immediately is their knowledge of the real estates within the area. Their use of technology to generate leads and bring forth potential buyers.
